If you are traveling and need to modify your itinerary or even cancel your reservation please call the Alaska Marine Highway main office in Juneau at 800-642-0066, Monday through Friday  9am to 4pm AST. If the main office is closed you may call any terminal for assistance. Please keep in mind that many smaller community ferry terminals are only staffed during scheduled ferry activity.
